IMPROVEMENT: Everything was improved except the background and lineart!

Oh yeah! random planets gotta love em.

I drew the plan for this months ago and the plan was already in my pictures, I havn't finished the Rayquaza plan yet so why not do this first?

Time: 3-4 hours (1 hour for improvement)
